Our History

Orange Properties is a privately held real estate investment and development firm, established in 2006 and is presently headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. With completed and active projects in the Greater Chicago Area and select Southeast markets, Orange Properties actively seeks opportunities throughout the Midwest and Southeastern regions of the United States.

With a wealth of expertise at our disposal, we are currently managing real estate development projects in excess of $150 million. This experience positions us to engage effectively with investors of varying scales, assisting them in strategically deploying their capital in vibrant metropolitan markets with strong fundamentals.

At Orange Properties, our focus spans across multifamily, mixed-use, office, and retail asset classes. We particularly concentrate on entitlements and ground-up multifamily development within metropolitan areas that exhibit either a robust historical market performance or significant growth potential.
